Contemporary Home Extension & Renovation
This contemporary home extension and renovation transformed the rear of the property into a bright, open-plan living space, designed for modern family life. The project included demolition, structural alterations, new extensions, steelwork installation, and the construction of energy-efficient warm roof systems.
The exterior was finished with striking British cedar cladding, bespoke architectural detailing, and premium steel rainwater goods, while the interior featured a bespoke kitchen and dining area, home office, utility room, and remodelled bedrooms. High-quality finishes throughout included luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring, bespoke carpentry, acoustic partitioning, and custom joinery.
Greg Lewis provided full project management, coordinating every stage of the build and all associated trades to deliver a beautifully crafted, energy-efficient home tailored to the client's vision.
Full Kitchen Installation
This kitchen project, features Howdens units paired with quartz worktops and splash backs supplied and fitted by Bath Granite & Marble. Clean, simple lines and a vinyl herringbone floor complete the modern, elegant look.
Extension and Renovation
This project involved a full extension and renovation. The old conservatory was replaced with a small brick extension on the right, creating a new W/C and boot room. The triple doors slide neatly into a pocket to open up a spacious indoor–outdoor area, while the timber-clad upper extension, finished in British cedar, added two additional bedrooms and an en-suite.
Complete Kitchen Installation
This beautiful kitchen was installed within a newly created single-storey rear extension, forming a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. A large central island provides generous worktop space along with seating for bar stools, making it ideal for relaxed gatherings with family and friends.
Bespoke Green Oak Balcony
Built by hand using traditional mortise and tenon joints, tied together with 18mm oak dowels. Finished with composite decking and 10mm toughened glass.
Timber-Framed Extension, Kitchen & Bathroom
This timber-framed extension was built off the existing single-storey house walls, creating new openings for bifold doors and transforming the property from a two-bedroom home into a five-bedroom family house. Clad in Siberian larch, the renovation also included a new beautifully finished kitchen and a modern bathroom, adding both space and character to the home.
Extension, Kitchen & Bathroom
This extension to the front of the property in Wiltshire transformed the layout of the home by relocating the entrance from the side to a central position. As part of the project, the bathroom was fully renovated, and the newly created space allowed for a stunning modern kitchen with a curved centre-piece island, designed to maximise both style and functionality.
